Warranty Policy

Beecube offers a straightforward warranty process designed to minimize hassle. Enjoy a 90-day money-back guarantee for any reason.
Undamaged products can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Once the returned item reaches Beecube’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process begins.
  • All returns must include accessories.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer covers shipping costs.
  • Beecube refunds the product cost for non-quality related claims.
  • Returns may be rejected if products don’t meet the above requirements.
Quality-related warranty claims expire 90 days after filing. Refunds for non-quality issues aren’t possible after this period. For purchases outside Beecube’s online stores, contact the retailer for refunds. See below for quality-related issues.
Quality-related Warranty Claims:
All defects on items sold directly by Beecube or its authorized resellers are covered. Claims are handled by Beecube.
For quality-related claims, items are replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value when available. Otherwise, a new item is sent. Replacement warranties follow the original item’s timeframe or three months after replacement. Product warranties are void after full refunds.
Process:
  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Document troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide the defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof of the defect.
  • Return may be required for quality inspection.
Valid proof of purchase includes order number, sales invoice, or dated receipt from an authorized reseller.
Shipping costs are covered by the buyer in various situations, including returning products for non-defective reasons or for items taken outside the original country of purchase.
Not covered under warranty:
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Items beyond warranty period.
  • Non-quality-related issues after 30 days.
  • Free products.
  • Repairs through third parties.
  • Damage from outside sources or misuse.
Beecube isn’t liable for data loss or returning personal items. When returning items with a provided prepaid label, Beecube takes responsibility for transit damage. Otherwise, the buyer assumes responsibility.
Refunds:
Once the return is received and inspected, Beecube notifies the buyer of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds:
Contact your bank or credit card company if refunds are delayed. If issues persist, contact Beecube.
Sale items:
Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Gifts:
Gifted items are refunded to the original purchaser or issued as a gift credit.
Shipping:
Contact support@beecube.com for return address. Buyers cover return shipping, which isn’t refundable.
Product Warranty Policy:
Beecube products have various warranty periods:
  • Beecube X1 projectors have a 12-month warranty.
  • Beecube X2 projectors have a 12-month warranty.
  • Beecube Xtreme projectors have a 12-month warranty.
  • Beecube Harmorny projectors have a 12-month warranty.
This warranty covers repair or replacement at Beecube’s discretion. It doesn’t cover lost or destroyed products or batteries. Quality-related defects are covered from the date of purchase. Lifetime tech support is included. File claims online or via email. If repairs aren’t possible, Beecube replaces the item or reimburses with a gift card.
